This Privacy Policy explains what data LouBenita Ltd ("LouBenita", "we") collects through this service, why, and how it is handled. LouBenita Ltd is the data controller for that data. This policy applies to your use of the service.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your email address and authentication state.
• Content data: the prompts, URLs, and source material you submit, and the runs and posts generated from them.
• Connection data: access tokens for the social platforms you connect, stored to publish on your behalf.
• Usage data: API call costs and basic diagnostics used to operate and bill the service.

2. How we use it

We use your data to generate content, publish to your connected accounts, calculate usage costs, and improve the reliability of the service. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Third-party processors

Research searches run through a search service we host ourselves. It sends search terms to public search engines, never your account details. The processors below receive data to provide the service:

• OpenAI: generates text and images from the prompts and source material you submit.
• Google (Gemini): generates images from prompts and reference material.
• Black Forest Labs (FLUX): generates images from prompts and reference material.
• WaveSpeed: hosts and routes some image and video generation requests to the models above.
• Research sources (Pexels, Reddit, OpenStreetMap): receive search terms drawn from your prompt, never your account details.
• Stripe: processes payments and manages billing. LouBenita never sees or stores your full card number. It is entered on Stripe's own hosted checkout and billing portal.
• Supabase: hosts our database and handles authentication.
• Resend: delivers transactional email, such as invites and password resets.

4. Platform tokens

When you connect a social platform, we store the access token required to publish. Tokens are never exposed in our APIs to the browser and are used solely to publish content you approve.

5. Retention

We retain your runs, posts, and account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Your rights

• Access a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Disconnect any connected platform, revoking its stored token.
